Objective of the Test
The Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese (JFT-Basic) seeks to measure the level of Japanese language proficiency needed by foreign nationals about to reside in Japan mainly for work, to communicate in everyday life situations. It is used to assess whether they have the Japanese language proficiency to ​be able to engage in everyday conversation to a certain extent and handle daily life without difficulties.

DISCLAIMER :
I am not a certified Japanese language teacher. I only took the JLPT N3 exam so I’m not yet 100% fluent in Japanese. I’m only sharing what I’ve learned from my language school and through self-study.. I chose the MARUGOTO SERIES, IRIDORI SERIES and Minna No Nihongo textbook because I’m familiar with this material. So consider this more of a study with me kinda style. I’m also planning to take the JLPT N2 test in the future. So if you find any mistakes, feel free to let know so that we can all learn together.
