The Tempe Mission Palms is a relatively new addition to Hyatt, added when the chain purchased the Destination Hotels brand. Located right near Mill Avenue and the Arizona State (ASU) campus, it's an excellent location for vacation or for Tempe business. I received an amazing suite upgrade (peep at the boardroom!), free parking, and free breakfast with my Globalist status (plus waived resort fee).
